Industrial decarbonisation will be shaped by decisions now being made around facilities, regions and supply chains. AIDC gives members a direct route for bringing the realities behind those decisions into policy development and government engagement. Membership gives organisations a stronger voice in the national industrial decarbonisation agenda and a direct role in shaping the conditions for investment.

Who should join
AIDC is relevant to organisations involved in hard-to-abate industrial decarbonisation, whether they are reducing emissions directly, developing projects, enabling infrastructure, financing investment, supplying technology, or creating demand.
The test is straightforward: members should be pursuing credible industrial emissions reduction in their own operations or helping others make that investment.

Purpose: Information sharing between industry and government on sector developments, activities and strategies.
Held quarterly for all AIDC members, government observers and stakeholders.
One member meeting each year is also AIDC’s AGM, when members vote on open positions on the Board of Directors.
Events are held regularly both in person and/or online.
Members receive discounted access to our annual conference.
External (non-AIDC) events are also advised on our member portal and newsletter.
Purpose: Drive strategic focus areas of the organisation and shape the organisation’s positions on government policy and regulation.
Held virtually three times a year for AIDC members.
A monthly newsletter with the latest information on submissions, grants and events.
A member portal with the most up-to-date industry information, resources, contacts and policy papers.
Members are permitted to use the AIDC logo on their websites.
