Murray Lyster has held various diverse senior leadership roles encompassing sales, marketing, business development, engineering and project delivery. After a distinguished career of over 25 years at Siemens, Murray has joined Ampcontrol as Executive General Manager – Sales and Marketing from 2025.

Driven by a profound passion for renewables and the energy transition, Murray has been instrumental in the development and promotion of cutting edge technologies such as BESS inverter solutions, Statcoms and electrolysers. His focus remains steadfast on delivering robust technical and economic solutions that empower customers to integrate innovative technologies seamlessly.

Murray joined the board of the Australian Hydrogen Council in 2017 and was elected chair in 2020.

Chris Dolman is Head of Marketing for Linde South Pacific.

Chris is Head of Marketing for Linde in Australia covering the BOC and Elgas brands. This role includes Government and Stakeholder relations in hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation.

Chris has worked on a number of Hydrogen Projects across Australia and New Zealand and continues to support these projects, Projects have included small scale mobility demonstration projects to large scale hydrogen projects focused on decarbonising hard to abate sectors. Chris is working closely with a number of international fuel cell truck and bus providers to bring vehicles to Australia with these expected to enter the market in the coming years in hydrogen hubs across the country.

Chris is an active member of decarbonisation groups across Australia which has included the implementation and development of the Go Certification scheme as well as Green Power Schemes for green molecules and gases. Additionally, Chris to bring an extended network to partners as well as BOC colleagues supporting Standards Australia for Hydrogen and the Australian New Zealand Industrial Gas Association which has been working with hydrogen safely and effectively for decades.

Chris works across the sector to bring lessons from learnings to future hydrogen projects from bus trials to electrolyser and refuelling operations. Collaboration as well as safety are key components for the hydrogen sector to maximise opportunities both locally and with exports into the future.

Ryan Willemsen-Bell is the Chief Executive Officer of SunCable, where he leads the development of a renewable energy and infrastructure initiative of global significance. SunCable is positioned to catalyse green industrial growth, enable cross-border electricity trade, and drive deep decarbonisation across Australia and the region.

With nearly two decades of experience in the energy sector, Ryan has a strong track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and embedding both technological and cultural change. His career also spans manufacturing, logistics, transport, and business services.

Prior to joining SunCable, Ryan held several executive roles at Origin Energy, including General Manager of Future Fuels and Carbon. There, he led efforts to accelerate the energy transition, scaling renewable fuels and carbon abatement initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Ryan was voted on to the board of the Australian Hydrogen Council in 2023.

With 25 years working directly with the most senior ranks of business, industry and government, Paul’s career has seen him provide close counsel to Boards, CEOs and Ministers on navigating successfully through difficult decision making and risk management.

Paul’s current role at Orica is expansive and fluid. He advises the Orica Board and Management on strategic risks, macro-economic policy and geo-political trends. He leads on material policy, regulatory and reputational issues and the company’s engagement with parliamentarians, officials, the diplomatic corps and intelligence agencies across the globe. He runs Orica’s global Property portfolio including the divestment of significant legacy sites.

His responsibilities also include leading Orica’s project panel for renewable hydrogen and ammonia, including the Headstart-shortlisted Hunter Valley Hydrogen Hub, the Global Sustainability function and the development and delivery of Orica’s climate-related goals and reporting obligations.

Prior to moving into the private sector in 2004, Paul held several senior positions with the Department of Defence, including several secondments to successive Ministers for Defence as Chief of Staff and Principal Advisor. He has also been on the management teams of several FMCG businesses. Immediately prior to joining Orica, Paul successfully led the Australian wine sector through a period of unprecedented policy and taxation reform as Chief Executive Officer of the peak body for the industry, the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia.

PauI is also a Director of Yara Pilbara Nitrates.

Paul was voted on to the AHC board in September 2024.

Bennett Green is an experienced legal and commercial professional with expertise in hydrogen, clean ammonia, and industrial decarbonisation. He currently serves as Sustainability and Governance Lead at Yara Pilbara, where he supports the development of Yara’s major CCS initiative as well as Project Yuri — Australia’s first renewable hydrogen facility integrated into an existing ammonia production plant.

Bennett’s background includes more than a decade as a corporate lawyer, with experience at leading Australian and international law firms, as well as senior in-house roles for ASX-listed and global companies. He has advised on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, project development, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, including executive and board-level reporting.

At Yara, he has led policy and regulatory engagement across State and Federal levels, including responses to Australia’s Safeguard Mechanism reforms and the negotiation of government funding for clean energy infrastructure. His work spans legal, strategic, and stakeholder dimensions of industrial decarbonisation, with a focus on navigating regulatory complexity and enabling investment.

Bennett brings to the AHC Board a combination of legal and corporate governance expertise, strategic insight, and real-world project delivery experience.
